I see energetic and spiritual hygiene as something much more expansive than what we do when we feel depleted, overwhelmed, or concerned about outside influences. It is part of how we care for ourselves, how we recognize our own needs and limits, how we engage with others, and how we develop a relationship with the seen and unseen aspects of our lives.

We are constantly in relationship with the world around us, whether through people, places, emotions, environments, or the things we cannot necessarily see but may still experience in subtle ways. We encounter so much throughout a single day, and often don't realize how much of it continues to influence us long after an interaction ends.

Maybe you've noticed how differently you feel around certain people, how the atmosphere of a room seems to change, or how you can leave an interaction feeling completely unlike yourself. Maybe you've been practicing energy work, cleansing your home, working with herbs, or exploring your intuition for years, but still find yourself questioning what you're actually sensing and what to do with it.

Something I return to often in my work is how quickly we are taught to cleanse, protect, banish, or remove energy before we've really taken the time to understand our own. We can become so concerned with what might be influencing us that we overlook our relationship with ourselves and the many ways our bodies, emotions, experiences, and environments shape what we perceive.

How can we recognize what isn't ours if we haven't become familiar with what is?

And how do we know when something actually needs to be cleared, when a boundary needs to be established, or when we're simply experiencing something that needs our attention?

These are some of the things we'll be exploring together over ten weeks.

This course is an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of energetic and spiritual hygiene beyond the occasional cleansing bath, smoke clearing, or protective ritual. We'll be looking at the relationship between our physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual experiences, and how becoming more familiar with those relationships can change the way we navigate ourselves and the world around us.

We'll begin with the body, exploring our nervous system, somatic awareness, and the ways our experiences influence energetic perception. From there, we'll begin working with the energetic field, learning to recognize subtle sensations, exploring intuition and discernment, and understanding the difference between what we're actually experiencing and the meaning we may be giving it.

We'll spend time with boundaries, energetic exchanges, and the ways we can become entangled in other people's experiences, especially when we've grown accustomed to being responsible for how everyone around us feels. We'll explore what it means to remain connected to ourselves while still being available for relationships, connection, and the world beyond us.

As we move through the course, we'll begin introducing different approaches to cleansing and clearing, working with breath, movement, sound, water, and other simple techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life. We'll also explore spiritual hygiene within our homes and environments, the influences we allow into our lives, and the ways we can create more intentional transitions between the different spaces and roles we move through.

Toward the end of our time together, we'll begin bringing in the plants, elements, and ritual practices that many of us naturally associate with spiritual hygiene. We'll explore their uses, symbolism, and traditional associations while learning how to create simple, intentional rituals with a clearer understanding of what we're working with and why.

My intention is for you to leave with a better understanding of your own energetic patterns, more confidence in your ability to discern what you're experiencing, and practical ways to tend to yourself that feel natural enough to become part of your life.

Not another list of things you have to do to remain spiritually protected, but a relationship with your own energy that you can continue developing.

What Our Ten Weeks Will Look Like

We'll meet virtually once a week for two hours, and our gatherings will be a mixture of teaching, conversation, interactive exercises, and guided practices. Some weeks we'll be exploring somatic awareness and energetic perception; other weeks we'll be working with boundaries, intuition, or the practical aspects of clearing and ritual.

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, and explore what we're learning together. I don't want this to be something you only understand intellectually. I want you to have the opportunity to experience the material, question it, and begin recognizing how it applies to your own life.

Each week you'll also receive homework that builds on what we've covered. Some assignments will involve simple observations or reflection, while others will include embodied practices, energetic exercises, and eventually rituals you can create and explore at home. These aren't intended to be overwhelming or time-consuming, but to give you opportunities to develop familiarity with what we're studying between our gatherings.

All classes will be held live and recorded, so if you're unable to attend one week, you'll still be able to watch the recording and work through the material. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions through our group chat if something comes up while you're catching up.

We'll have a private WhatsApp group throughout the ten weeks where we can stay connected, share observations, discuss our practices, and continue conversations that come up during class. Sometimes it takes a few days of sitting with something before a question or realization begins to surface, and I want there to be space for that part of the process as well.

Who This Course Is For

This course is open to both beginners and intermediate practitioners.

You may be completely new to energetic and spiritual work, curious about what you're sensing but unsure where to begin,

or looking for a more grounded understanding of intuition, energy, and spiritual practices.

You may also have years of experience with energy work, cleansing, ritual, or intuitive development but want to revisit the foundations, deepen your discernment, or bring more consistency and intention into what you're already practicing.

You don't need to consider yourself psychic, an empath, or a healer, and you don't need any particular spiritual background to participate. What matters more is your willingness to be curious about your experiences, explore different perspectives, and spend time developing your own understanding.

For those interested in more advanced energetic and spiritual work, including deeper psychic development, spirit communication, complex energetic practices, and advanced protection or warding, those areas can be explored through private mentorship.

This course is about establishing and strengthening the foundations that support those deeper explorations.

There is a difference between constantly trying to protect yourself from the world and learning how to move through it with a greater understanding of your own energy.

That's the relationship I want us to explore together
